I think my mattress is too soft. I wake during the night & in morning with very bad back & hip pains & stiffness. I mostly sleep on sides switching back & forth, & some in between on back.
But every time I sleep in a Marriott type hotel, I sleep great & wake with no pain, & feel better all day. Their mattress always feels firmer. I cannot afford a new mattress, and I really will like to try a topper. Can you please advise which will be best for me? It will make life so much better if I get the right support.
