I had a 10 year warranty that I paid $499 for. and it took almost 2 years for them to process my request for another unit. Although I paid $2888 for the base my replacement was not equivalent to the price of my initial purchase. The exchange o received was $2500. They are more concerned about selling the base and mattresses as opposed to satisfying those customers who have been loyal to them. I would NEVER recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.
