Mattress Firm provides very little or poor customer service after you make the purchase. I had a 10 year warranty that I paid $499 for. and it took almost 2 years for them to process my request for another unit. Although I paid $2888 for the base my replacement was not equivalent to the price of my initial purchase. The exchange o received was $2500. They are more concerned about selling the base and mattresses as opposed to satisfying those customers who have been loyal to them. I would NEVER recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.

Hi ! Do you suggest a foam mattress should go on treated slats (say poly ) or untreated . I purchased some wood slats 4 inch apart, great support , but they came untreated and I have read untreated wood can cause mold as it retains water. Tempurpedic was actually sued for this but in that case it was a solid piece of plywood and not slats . Any thoughts ?

I have 2 full size beds 2 mattresses and 2 box spring. In very good condition and very clean. All you need to do is pickup by end of April 2023.

I have a Simmons beauty rest mattress that is 30 years old. I flipped it monthly religiously, and it’s still kicking. Even so, I’m thinking about buying a new one. Hmm… The new ones might not be so great.
